Decent service
Brittany - St. Petersburg, FL 33704
Tanner didn’t cal let me know he was on his. He also didn’t service one of the units because I had garage storage in front of it. It would have been nice for someone to tell me to make sure all handlers didn’t have anything blocking them prior to my service call. In addition the upstairs was at 78 degrees because tanner didn’t close the ladder to attic where one of the handlers is and it let hot air all and humidity into the upstairs.

Inexperienced Technician
Kate - St. Petersburg, FL 33703
I’m sorry to say I did not feel confident in the outcome of the visit. I was charged $150 in diagnostic fees and told both systems have leaks and that I needed to spend $997.80 on leak detection then nearly $2000 more to add 10 units of refrigerant. The technician was friendly but very young and inexperienced. On the recommendation of neighbors I called Viking Air for a second opinion and they did the full diagnostics again and cleaned the coils for $89. The technician said both units were working fine although one of the units was a little low so he added 1 unit of refrigerant for $80. $169 total for the entire visit. I will never call Harrington again.

AC Service Call: Upon conducting a comprehensive investigation into the AC unit's weak airflow issue, I took a meticulous approach by closely examining the evaporator coil. My examination revealed a significant blockage within the coil, which was impeding the flow of air. To address this, I proceeded with a careful and thorough cleaning process, painstakingly removing all the accumulated debris and dirt that had accumulated over time. This precise and proactive approach not only cleared the obstruction but also ensured that the AC system could once again facilitate optimal airflow. As a result, the cooling process became highly efficient, and the overall performance of the system was noticeably improved. In order to maintain the integrity of their system over time, I suggested the client consider enrolling in our Happy Homes Maintenance Plan.
