What makes a good air conditioning contractor? Believe it or not, the best air conditioning contractor is the one you rarely ever have to see. You might be able to save some money in the short term by hiring a second-rate company to take care of your AC system, but you’ll wind up having them out to your Redington Shores FL home every few months for another expensive repair because they aren’t doing the work with the commitment to quality you expect. Or worse, they vanish into thin air and leave you holding the bill for work they aren’t around to back up. That is a long-term expense you simply can’t afford.
You want to know what else is long-term, though? We are. Harrington AC has been here since 1979, and many of our employees have been with us for decades. We have customers that are on their second, or even third, system with us. That kind of longevity confers a value that you can’t get from just any HVAC company. We’ve been around, we’ve seen how the technology is changed and we’ve adapted every step of the way. We’ll be here long after the work is done to stand behind it and guarantee your satisfaction. Most importantly – you shouldn’t have to see us much at all. Don’t get us wrong, we love visiting our customers and see them like family – but we also aim to do work of such quality that you’ll never have to worry about your comfort.
You can see that thread through the reviews our previous customers have written for us. In Redington Shores, FL and beyond, they’re all saying the same thing – when you call Harrington AC, you’re getting more than your money’s worth. You’re getting a company you can rely on through thick and thin – or in our case, warm and cold. Explore the pages below to read reviews from your hometown neighbors and those in surrounding areas and see what they have to say about Harrington AC. Changed failed Blower motor. Checked system operation, system operating to manufacture specifications at this time. Also clean blower wheel at no cost to customer. Sprayed some EVAP foam on coil to get rid of penetrating oil smell.
Gave estimates for replacement systems.
Upon arrival found everything running and cooling. Found blower motor pulling high amps. Recommended replacing, customer declined at this time. Noise that customer complained of could be squirrel cage separating from hub or blower motor over amping. System operating to manufacturer specifications at this time.
Found system running and cooling fine as should. Customer stated that fan was blowing with no outdoor operation, customer changed batteries in thermostat. Sounds like customer had fan set to on position. All amp draws and pressures are still good. System shows no signs of being off due to the amount of water collected in trash can under drain line since yesterday. System is running and cooling perfectly fine.
Found system off on float switch due to dirty drain. Flushed condensate line and pan, now flowing free and clear. Checked all amp draws and pressures, all are good and within factory specs. System is running and cooling at this time.
Found unit to have no issues at this time. Recommend IAQ products to keep unit clean and prevent bacterial growth from starting.
