My family and I, even extended family have been using Harrington for the last 20 years. Recently had a technician out for routine maintenance. What I have liked about Harrington compared to other service providers is that the provide a very detailed overview of the system and make recommendations on what my system needs or may need in the future if not addressed. The tech made it very clear this is a recommended now, recommended but watch and not necessary today as it could present a problem but not required. Well sure enough the watch item I declined and 4 months later the little capacitor went out.I have seen people complain that costs have increased and I see that at Publix, Home Depot, Shell gas station, oil changes in my car, I understand they are in the business to make a profit and in my experience no different that others pricing in the area for others I've spoken too and Harrington has always been responsive and a trusted vendor. I will even say I'm a boomer as my grandson calls me and the new AI touch effectively got my appointment booked and I even got a callback from the office to reconfirm a detail on my contact information.By far the best HVAC company in the area!!Edit: Needed an appointment for my sister and made a call during the 4th and was able to get an appointment and they even gave my sister a discount for my referral. I also thought it was really cool and cutting edge that they use AI, the service was easy, effective and seamless to use and it didn't miss a beat. Kudos to a company being cutting edge and thinking outside the box as this current world evolves.
