A/C went on one of the hottest days, called Harrington, and a tech was dispatched to our home. They are efficient, knowledgeable, and courteous, and they were able to explained what was not working. In the end, we needed a new unit. It was replaced by Harrington. Their techs Marcus and Adam are knowledgeable and great. Recommend them!7/ 18/ 24- Still are the best a/c company! Had an electric problem which we thought was unit, it wasn't, thank God, their tech Scott was very through and informed us of what he tgought we should done. Electrician is now here and it's working!! Thank you!!3/2026. Was serviced today by Justin, yay Justin! Highly recommend. My air conditioner would not come on, and after trying several things to trouble shoot I couldn’t get it going. I called Harrington AC repair and they scheduled a tech for first thing the next day . My tech LJ came by earlier than scheduled (thank goodness). And was quickly able to figure out the problem and get it fixed quickly. He was nice, knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing and cleaned up after. He replaced and rewired the disconnect box which was sparking and could have caused a fire. LJ made my house safe and cool again. Thank you

The technicians that came out today, lead by Justin, were awesome! They were very quick, and informative, even though my air handler is in the attic. There wasn't an issue with my unit, except user error, but they were very thorough in checking everything. They were also very patient in answering all of my many questions, and understanding about my inconvenient requests, like shoe covers. They went above and beyond about informing me about my unit, and how to take care of it. I just moved and the unit, and their phone number came with the house. I've been customer of Harrington for 30+ years and have never been disappointed. Always fixed right the first time. My most recent service was done by Adam, 'AJ'. He was courteous, answered all of my questions, explained what he was doing, and was all around nice guy. I've had two new systems installed by them and when I'm ready for the next one, Harrington will be my choice again. May 2024 they installed a new system, replacing my 22 year old Trane. Again, they did a superior job from beginning to end. Can't say enough good things about this company. I highly recommend them. July 9, 24 Marcus came to investigate a rattling in the condenser unit. Found it in 10 seconds- it was a piece of grass that grew behind the grate and was touching the fan. He was another one of Harrington's customer friendly service techs. Justin did a great job troubleshooting my system when it was down. AJ always comes through with a good semi-annual service and answers all of my questions.
