The technicians that came out today, lead by Justin, were awesome! They were very quick, and informative, even though my air handler is in the attic. There wasn't an issue with my unit, except user error, but they were very thorough in checking everything. They were also very patient in answering all of my many questions, and understanding about my inconvenient requests, like shoe covers. They went above and beyond about informing me about my unit, and how to take care of it. I just moved and the unit, and their phone number came with the house. I was searching for an AC maintenance company, and cost was a main concern. I'm really glad I went with Harrington Air Conditioning. Thanks, again, guys!

We were very pleased with our maintenance service, Trace went over everything with us and showed us pictures of our equipment, something we had never experienced before. Our Harrington technician, Justin, did a thorough analysis of our current problem and gave us our options. We chose to go with a new system. I am the ex-wife of a VP HVAC man , our company had 80 employees and was well respected .In saying that, I would like to tell you that .Harrington Air Conditioningis one of the best, most professional, respectful, and caring team I have ever seen right next to ours. We had a complete new heating and air conditioning system replaced. No lying, no hidden fees, I didn’t have to hunt down the employees to find out where they were at. They did their job. They were quiet, they were in and out, they were clean. They cleaned up after they were finished and the job was simply amazing. My crew consisted of “Big” Jake, R&R ( Ralph and Ruben) and Trace who was the start up man. Simply amazing people I cannot brag enough about this company! I was completely informed and had everything programmed into my phone before Trace left. Thank You Harrington Air for making my life so easy today! I would like to remind everyone that no matter where you go… there is nowTWO 6% tariffs on HVAC … so when you consider that… price was reasonable and fair!

Justin was prompt and efficient with our preventive maintenance and gave us options to protect our system. We have used Harrington for 40 years.We opted to buy a new unit, and yesterday, Rubin, Rafi and Brad came out and installed a complete new unit with 10 year parts AND labor warranty. Good clean installation. Later yesterday, Jordan stopped by to check out everything and educated us on the use of the phone ap to communicate with the thermostat. We are , once again, very pleased with the communication and service.

I've been customer of Harrington for 30+ years and have never been disappointed. Always fixed right the first time. My most recent service was done by Adam, 'AJ'. He was courteous, answered all of my questions, explained what he was doing, and was all around nice guy. I've had two new systems installed by them and when I'm ready for the next one, Harrington will be my choice again. May 2024 they installed a new system, replacing my 22 year old Trane. Again, they did a superior job from beginning to end. Can't say enough good things about this company. I highly recommend them. July 9, 24 Marcus came to investigate a rattling in the condenser unit. Found it in 10 seconds- it was a piece of grass that grew behind the grate and was touching the fan. He was another one of Harrington's customer friendly service techs. Justin did a great job troubleshooting my system when it was down. AJ always comes through with a good semi-annual service and answers all of my questions.

Eric, Alex, Malak and Max were our installers for our new air conditioning. We are so impressed with this company from start to finish! From the time we made the appt for our new unit ( which they came the next day to put it in ) till now and everything is running great! They even send someone the next day to check everything to make sure it’s all running good! Harrington is a well run operation all the way from the point of scheduling to the point of service. Justin Murray was my technician and he did a great job of servicing my unit and explaining the current working condition of the unit. He clearly explained the condition of the unit and suggested multiple plans to keep the unit in working condition. I would recommend Harrington to friends and family.
