I've been customer of Harrington for 30+ years and have never been disappointed. Always fixed right the first time. My most recent service was done by Adam, 'AJ'. He was courteous, answered all of my questions, explained what he was doing, and was all around nice guy. I've had two new systems installed by them and when I'm ready for the next one, Harrington will be my choice again. May 2024 they installed a new system, replacing my 22 year old Trane. Again, they did a superior job from beginning to end. Can't say enough good things about this company. I highly recommend them. July 9, 24 Marcus came to investigate a rattling in the condenser unit. Found it in 10 seconds- it was a piece of grass that grew behind the grate and was touching the fan. He was another one of Harrington's customer friendly service techs. Justin did a great job troubleshooting my system when it was down. AJ always comes through with a good semi-annual service and answers all of my questions.

Eric, Alex, Malak and Max were our installers for our new air conditioning. We are so impressed with this company from start to finish! From the time we made the appt for our new unit ( which they came the next day to put it in ) till now and everything is running great! They even send someone the next day to check everything to make sure it’s all running good! They are a big company and everyone is so professional and courteous and they will definitely be our go to company from now on! If you need an a/c company wether new unit or repair, you can’t go wrong using them! Harrington Air conditioning is the best!

Harrington is a well run operation all the way from the point of scheduling to the point of service. Justin Murray was my technician and he did a great job of servicing my unit and explaining the current working condition of the unit. I had an issue with my A/C on the early hours of Sunday. Luckily Harrington was able to schedule me on Monday morning. The technician (Adam Cartwright) arrived promptly, and took care of the immediate problem so the unit can be turned back on. He completed the job the next day. I’ve used Harrington for years now, and I know most of their technicians by now. Adam C. it’s a good one. I’m happy with the quality of their service. Recommend.

I have never seen the level of thoroughness I witnessed today. Scott Robert asked questions, to get a sense of the unit issues and operation, then checked all components of the AHU, compressor, condensing unit, even correcting install mistakes. Justin came and inspected our unit and a unit from an apartment I take care of. He was prompt and very thorough. All of the issues he found were well documented.We need to replace both AC units. They set this up and can do the installation next week. Harrington AC has taken care of our units for over 15 years and our parents for the same amount of time. I wouldn't use anyone else.
