Tony and Robert today installed a whole home system and they are stars and pros. They were on time, on budget, communicated often and fully explained the system when it was running. When you think about a full install involves rough carpentry, electricity, drain pipe, understanding of air flows of air conditioning and often working in the hottest / tightest spaces, I really appreciate their breadth and depth of knowledge combined with real grit and determination. Home AC work is not so called "plug and play." It takes pros like Tony and Robert to notice, suggest and execute tweaks to layout flaws in the former system. In the end, they have delivered what matters: a more comfortable home. I am sorry we did not find Harrington earlier.

We had to schedule an emergency appointment when our AC went down. The technician came out the same day, diagnosed the problem quickly, and fixed the problem in a timely manner. Adam (AJ) did a great job and was very kind. We were pleased with the service that was provided and plan to continue doing business with Harrington Air Conditioning.

Jacob completed the bi-annual HVAC maintenance testing and cleaning. Later that day, the compressor wouldn’t go on leading to an after-hour emergency appointment of $100 to diagnose problem. Jacob returned the following evening and successfully diagnosed the capacitor needing replacement. Thank you, Jacob for resolving the issue.

Jacob was fantastic, came into a situation that he new nothing about because there company does not work on out brand of unit. He went above and beyond to not only teach himself but us as well about our unit. By the time he left we knew where the problem was, what needed to be done to fix the problem and where we needed to go to get our issue resolved.Unfortunately his company could not do the work but that didn't stop him from getting to the bottom of the issue.Thanks Jacob!!Only request to management is please improve your Ai system. AC went out Friday night - Called at 7:30 in the morning on Saturday - Tech was at the house at 11:30 AM - Diagnosed the issue as a Capacitor Failure with the compressor - Repaired it and checked the rest of the system outside and upstairs (no other issues) and was gone by 1PM - Tech was a nice guy who communicated very well - No issue paying extra to have the issue fixed on the weekend

Jacob did a good job with annual servicing. He pointed out that our unit was rusting (which I already knew, but wasn’t sure why) most likely from our sprinklers hitting it. Grateful that he mentioned that so we can adjust the sprinklers before the unit breaks down.

Harrington has recently added plumbing service to their already great A/C service. Last week they sent their plumbing tech, Jed, over to do a review of my home. He did a review and found a few minor issues that he repaired for me before they became major problems. Jed did a terrific job!! He was so professional, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. I can't say enough about Harrington, these folks are THE BEST!!! Thank you!!!WOW, If I could give these folks 10 stars I certainly would!! I've used Harrington A/C for many years and they never have disappointed me. On Tuesday my 25+ years Trane stopped cooling due to a leak in the coil so I spoke with Chris in the office. He scheduled Jacob to come out on Wednesday. Jacob checked the system and gave me several options. I picked the new system. Thinking I would be waiting a few days before they would be out to install the system I was pleasantly surprised when he scheduled Tony and Chris to be out Thursday. They arrived at 8am and by 2:30pm the new system was installed and I'm enjoying the cold air!!!Everyone of these guys were knowledgeable, efficient, pleasant, and friendly!! Two thumbs up 👍 👍 and thank you a million times over!!!

We had a problem with compressor #2 not running. A service person came out and gave us a diagnosis that turned out not to be correct. The unit had a 10 year warranty and at 5 years we were told that we needed a new compressor with $3500 not covered. We called and questioned this and they sent out Mr. AJ, a Senior tech who discovered that there was no compressor problem, only a problem with a loose wire and a disconnected wire. So, there was no charge for the second inspection and no $3500 problem at all. Thanks to the Service Mgr., Mr. Zion, Taylor Bennet and the Super Tech Mr. AJ. All the best ! We have been with Harrington for almost 30 years and I would highly recommend this company.April 2026. Mr. AJ strikes again ! Same super service, great to work with, and had everything fixed and tested within a very reasonable time frame. Harrington is the best choice in the Tampa Bay Area as far as I am concerned and I have used this company for over 30 years. If you are thinking about buying from another company, DON'T.
