AMAZING SERVICE! From my initial contact with Dan to continued contact with Chris, I could not believe how these guys really took the time needed to figure out what was going on with a less than 1yr old AC that had given me trouble starting the day after it was installed by another company.John C came out first and spent a lot of time trying to figure things out. I could tell this was a person who really takes a lot of pleasure from legitimately helping someone. He was determined to make me a happy customer!Despite his best effort, I still had the same problem. Adam C was sent out. He also took his time investigating, and found the culprit and fixed it!I was so worried this whole year that I’d been sold a bad unit. I also never had a properly performing ac unit this whole time. (I had consulted another AC company and 2 electricians as well!) Harrington Air to the rescue!!! Truly, an answer to prayer! I am loving my truly air conditioned home for this first time since it was installed almost a year ago. Ty, Harrington Air!

Harrington Air Conditioning first installed a new Carrier system for us in 2019, and they have performed maintenance and repairs for our Carrier systems since that time. All Harrington’s technicians, including Adam Cartwright and Chris Finn, have been professional and knowledgeable. Recently Adam identified problems with our oldest system and explained our options to either repair or replace that system. We had Harrington replace the system and Tony Case and Michael Roper did a great job installing the system. When the County Inspector came to inspect the system, he commented that he consistently sees quality installations from Harrington. We are highly satisfied with Harrington Air Conditioning.

My family has used Harrington A/C for 30 years. We just had to install a new system in our home and as usual, they performed with efficiency, knowledge and kindness. Jacob came out to give us a quote, and it was very competitive and I felt very reasonable. Jacob was informed and cordial. The next day, Tony and Mike came out for the install, and were outstanding in their performance. They were helpful in answering our question and did their work professionally and timely. Top notch company. Great communication. Found an issue during a maintenance check. When the technician came out to fix it, he found the problem was not as bad. Explained why maintenance person came to that conclusion, which was completely reasonable, and provided me a video confirming the leak was not present. Fixed my real issue quickly. Appreciate that they did not fix/charge me for something that was not needed. I recommend them fully.
