Today we had Harrington over to our to replace 2 ducts that had been damaged by rats!! Trace came over and did an excellent job! He explained everything to me and sowed me pictures. Harrington Air conditioning company, has been in the Plnellas County area for a long time, they are a good and reliable company. The techs are very knowledgeable.I just had a new unit installed replacing the old one. They provided with different options and after having selected one, they proceeded with the replacement the next day. The technicians were very knowledgeable and professional, they. Worked continuously from arrival to the end without stopping until the whole work was completed and being very careful with cleanliness and disposal of of old equipment and packaging materials. All three technicians were outstanding at their task.Yes, I’ll recommend this company for your future project .

Oliver, whom took my call about my mother's AC 's being out. Oliver empathically listened as my mom has COPD and must have cool air. I have been a respiratory therapist for over 20 years, and aware of the consequences. Patrick was scheduled to be between 8 - 9:15. I called Mom to let her know, by the time I hung up, Patrick was already on his way. Exceptional, professional service! Patrick walked me through everything he was doing, got Mom's air running and now have scheduled Harrington, hopefully with Patrick to get everything ship shape!

I highly recommend Harrington. Hands-down one of the best services in Saint Pete. Responsive and quick to address concerns. Case in point — in the middle of the night my AC stopped working. Called Harrington at 6am and an appt was scheduled the same day. The technician arrived by 9am and the repair was complete at 10am. The communication is excellent from start to finish!

Jacob was fantastic, came into a situation that he new nothing about because there company does not work on out brand of unit. He went above and beyond to not only teach himself but us as well about our unit. By the time he left we knew where the problem was, what needed to be done to fix the problem and where we needed to go to get our issue resolved.Unfortunately his company could not do the work but that didn't stop him from getting to the bottom of the issue.Thanks Jacob!!Only request to management is please improve your Ai system. AC went out Friday night - Called at 7:30 in the morning on Saturday - Tech was at the house at 11:30 AM - Diagnosed the issue as a Capacitor Failure with the compressor - Repaired it and checked the rest of the system outside and upstairs (no other issues) and was gone by 1PM - Tech was a nice guy who communicated very well - No issue paying extra to have the issue fixed on the weekend

Harrington has recently added plumbing service to their already great A/C service. Last week they sent their plumbing tech, Jed, over to do a review of my home. He did a review and found a few minor issues that he repaired for me before they became major problems. Jed did a terrific job!! He was so professional, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. I can't say enough about Harrington, these folks are THE BEST!!! Thank you!!!WOW, If I could give these folks 10 stars I certainly would!! I've used Harrington A/C for many years and they never have disappointed me. On Tuesday my 25+ years Trane stopped cooling due to a leak in the coil so I spoke with Chris in the office. He scheduled Jacob to come out on Wednesday. Jacob checked the system and gave me several options. I picked the new system. Thinking I would be waiting a few days before they would be out to install the system I was pleasantly surprised when he scheduled Tony and Chris to be out Thursday. They arrived at 8am and by 2:30pm the new system was installed and I'm enjoying the cold air!!!Everyone of these guys were knowledgeable, efficient, pleasant, and friendly!! Two thumbs up 👍 👍 and thank you a million times over!!!
