We’ve been using Harrington AC for over 10 years. The service is always on point and the staff is super friendly. Jacob did our bi annual check up, what a great young man. Great attention to detail and asked to insure there was anymore we wanted to check Harrington is old school for customer service I would and have recommended them to my friends

I like this company. They came in to check my fan that wouldn’t turn off. They diagnosed the problem and gave me a full assessment. They offered to deduct the cost of the visit from the cost of installing a new pump.

2nd Review 5/28/2025Jacob was professional, kind, and was able to diagnose the issue with my air handler as a bad control board and sensor bulbs. My system was still under the Trane 10 year warranty for parts. They were able to bypass the sensors to get the system cooling again until the parts arrive and are installed. My previous contract still has a full service due and I've signed for for their Harrington Happy House program for another year with 2 included services. So far outstanding service and looking forward to easy sailing over the next few visits to get it fully back up and running. My a\c was blowing warm air. The technician arrived early, found several issues, and gave me an ala carte choice of what I wanted to fix. He replaced a capacitor, recharged my coolant, along with several other tests. He was not high-pressure at all and I signed up for two return maintenance visits. Thank you for fixing my a\c on Memorial Day. When I have to replace the system I'll definitely consider a bid from Harrington.

I've been customer of Harrington for 30+ years and have never been disappointed. Always fixed right the first time. My most recent service was done by Adam, 'AJ'. He was courteous, answered all of my questions, explained what he was doing, and was all around nice guy. I've had two new systems installed by them and when I'm ready for the next one, Harrington will be my choice again. May 2024 they installed a new system, replacing my 22 year old Trane. Again, they did a superior job from beginning to end. Can't say enough good things about this company. I highly recommend them. July 9, 24 Marcus came to investigate a rattling in the condenser unit. Found it in 10 seconds- it was a piece of grass that grew behind the grate and was touching the fan. He was another one of Harrington's customer friendly service techs.

Harrington had installed my AC/Heating unit a year before I bought my house in 2000. I move in and the thermostat wasn't working, they were at my house within an hour, no charge. Now when it was time to be replaced I called to get a price on what it would cost to replace my old AC, Barry came to give me an estimate, I told him the fan was not working, he went over my house , came in and explained the estimate and told me, by the way turn on your air, he had taken the time and fixed the wires on my unit, somehow they had fallen down and got cut by the fan. When I turned the thermostat on the air came on! I asked him what I owed him, he said No Charge! The unit worked for another year! Which was great because I was dealing with an added expense of dealing with a parent of Alzheimer’s. It was so refreshing, to have someone, Barry, with such integrity, presented me with 3 prices and explained them all. I was not pressured. When I made my choice, the installation was set up and when the crew arrive they listen to my concerns -answered all my questions. They were wonderful from beginning to clean up and the tech that showed me how to run my thermostat- very kind and helpful also. In this day and age when you get a business that you can put all your trust in -go with it-that's why I highly recommend Harrington. That's why I will always be a customer. Another thing I would like to add is even the ladies in the office are very courteous and helpful. It's nice doing business with such pleasant, honest and hard working people. Harrington is 5 star business for sure. Just had a check up 2025- everything good answered all my questions

Excellent service! My air conditioner had been running all night and it was hotter inside my home than outside. I called on a Friday and they were able to come out that day. They offered ideas to check my Nest prior to the service call to make sure there was an issue. It was a part that needed to replaced instead of the entire unit. Fast, friendly and honest.

The technician that replaced the entire AC unit did it all by himself. I don’t know how he got the cement slab and unit over a small hedge in the front by himself without damaging the hedge or house. He worked continuously and it was obvious he knew what he was doing. We have every bit of confidence that he did it correctly. He was polite and easy to talk with when we had questions. He is an excellent A+ employee. The sales process was also very smooth. We have had Harrington service our AC yearly in our previous home and they replaced an AC unit there as well. We never thought of having any other company but Harrington to replace the AC in our new home. Thank you for a job well done.
