LJ, the technician, was super, both on the emergency call on Sunday and the Tuesday a week later when my part came in. We experienced a torrential storm just as he was getting started on changing our the fan motor. I thought he would leave, but no way! LJ knew I had suffered with a window unit and heat for a week, and had company coming over tonight. He powered through the rain and three hours later had cleaned my unit, installed the new motor and installed a surge protector, too.I was absolutely amazed at his dedication to the job at hand. He is a credit to the company.

Our A/C went out, so we called Harrington who has been our A/C provider for many years. Jacob came out and he was professional, efficient and very pleasant to work with. He found it was not a problem with our A/C, but our Generx module that had gone bad. He disconnected the A/C from the module and the A/C is working great! So thankfully it was not an A/C problem in August!

Cool again!Update: Today (December 8th) Jeff came out to fix a leak in the system that caused all of the freon to go. He was very thorough and explained to me everything about the system that he was working on. I really appreciate that.Update: Jacob came out to do routine maintenance on July 30th. I called this company, based upon reviews… They gave me a window of when they’d be here, and were here quick! We were sent a text of when the tech was on his way, and even a tracking link to see how far! We had Jacob R. as our tech, who was very knowledgeable and experienced in his career. He knew the problem right away, just listening to us. He checked everything and let me know what needed to be replaced and what will need attention in the future… He was so friendly and honest! Technician Scott arrived earlier than scheduled and thus saved us the additional, after-hours service charge. Scott was very knowledgeable, polite, respectful of our property and professional. He sufficiently answered all of my questions and explained, in detail, exactly what the problem was and what he did to correct/repair it. After the repair was completed, he checked the overall condition of our A/C unit and offered suggestions/recommendations. All of this was completed in 1-hour and we are now enjoying our air conditioning once again. The final bill was very reasonable, although I was willing to pay a ‘king’s ransom’ to stop sweating and get a cool-night’s sleep.This is our second, great experience with Harrington and highly recommend their business.

I had returned home from vacation to find out that my air conditioner wasn’t working properly. I called at 4 pm and Scott arrived around 7. He quickly diagnosed the problems (yes, there were several), and had my system working again by 8:15. Scott was not only forthcoming with his diagnosis, he also presented me with various options. John came to our home just three weeks after we had a new HVAC system installed by another company unfortunately. What a mess he walked into I must say but he persevered and was able to make proper corrections and before long we had cool air. Finally after three weeks new unit, no air and no correspondence from installing company!! John worked miracles for us and I can assure you we will not use any other HVAC company ever. I had Jacob come out to do a service check of my a.c. unit. Jacob was very personable. He took a good amount of time to carefully look over the outside unit and my air handler. At the end of the call, Jacob gave me some good tips about the unit, including how to save myself some money. I've been with Harrington for ten yearsand and recommend them for a.c. service/repair/ installation. I especially would also highly recommend Jacob as a technician. He's a keeper!

Harrington Air Conditioning first installed a new Carrier system for us in 2019, and they have performed maintenance and repairs for our Carrier systems since that time. All Harrington’s technicians, including Adam Cartwright and Chris Finn and Scott Robert have been professional and knowledgeable. Recently Adam identified problems with our oldest system and explained our options to either repair or replace that system. We had Harrington replace the system and Tony Case and Michael Roper did a great job installing the system. When the County Inspector came to inspect the system, he commented that he consistently sees quality installations from Harrington. We are highly satisfied with Harrington Air Conditioning.

AMAZING SERVICE! From my initial contact with Dan to continued contact with Chris, I could not believe how these guys really took the time needed to figure out what was going on with a less than 1yr old AC that had given me trouble starting the day after it was installed by another company.John C came out first and spent a lot of time trying to figure things out. I could tell this was a person who really takes a lot of pleasure from legitimately helping someone. He was determined to make me a happy customer!Despite his best effort, I still had the same problem. Adam C was sent out. He also took his time investigating, and found the culprit and fixed it!I was so worried this whole year that I’d been sold a bad unit. I also never had a properly performing ac unit this whole time. (I had consulted another AC company and 2 electricians as well!) Harrington Air to the rescue!!! Truly, an answer to prayer! I am loving my truly air conditioned home for this first time since it was installed almost a year ago. Ty, Harrington Air!
