Harrington air-conditioning came out this morning to do scheduled maintenance on my two year old air conditioning system. The technician,Trace, Did an excellent job explaining what was being done and showing me detailed pictures of everything. He was very thorough. Job well done I asked many questions and he was very knowledgeable and able to satisfy all of my concerns. Harrington is top rated, and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing air-conditioning, heating service, maintenance or replacement. Again, Trace did an excellent job. I switched to Harrington for my A/C system maintenance because my other provider was always trying to up sell me. Harrington has never once tried to do that. They are responsive, professional, and fair. I have been extremely happy with their business practices. Collin was my tech the past 2 call outs and he was wonderful. So knowledgeable and friendly. I use Harrington because they are an honest company. In fact, they once talked me out of spending $6000 on something to do with my AC that turned out to be unnecessary. They are prompt and trustworthy and friendly and even have a sense of humor! Five stars for sure. Once again I am so impressed by the outstanding service provided by Harrington. From beginning to end they are on top of their game always keeping amazing customer service their ultimate goal. This time around we had the pleasure of meeting our technician, Trace Kaufman. He was very pleasant and listened to our concerns. He did his work in good time and then provided us with an explanation of what he had done and what was needed to repair our system. Recently, our central a/c stopped cooling. We called a local HVAC service provider. The tech seemed experienced but within 10 min we were told the condenser was shot, need to replace it as well the air handler. Hmmm something didn’t seem right with such a quick & definitive diagnosis.A good friend recommended Harrington Air Conditioning, their tech Scott R. arrived at 5:50 PM. After doing several diagnostics and reviewing the pressures, he provided a much more comprehensive diagnosis. The coolant was leaking at a slow rate, but otherwise the system checked out. Scott added refrigerant and within a few minutes cold air was coming from our air vents. Hallelujah we could sleep in our house in comfortable temperatures (73).We learned the difference between an A/C sales person and a genuine HVAC service technician! What a huge difference! We are a huge fan of Harrington A/C & especially their technician Scott! Thank you!!!

LJ, the technician, was super, both on the emergency call on Sunday and the Tuesday a week later when my part came in. We experienced a torrential storm just as he was getting started on changing our the fan motor. I thought he would leave, but no way! LJ knew I had suffered with a window unit and heat for a week, and had company coming over tonight. He powered through the rain and three hours later had cleaned my unit, installed the new motor and installed a surge protector, too.I was absolutely amazed at his dedication to the job at hand. He is a credit to the company.

Our A/C went out, so we called Harrington who has been our A/C provider for many years. Jacob came out and he was professional, efficient and very pleasant to work with. He found it was not a problem with our A/C, but our Generx module that had gone bad. He disconnected the A/C from the module and the A/C is working great! So thankfully it was not an A/C problem in August!

Technician Scott arrived earlier than scheduled and thus saved us the additional, after-hours service charge. Scott was very knowledgeable, polite, respectful of our property and professional. He sufficiently answered all of my questions and explained, in detail, exactly what the problem was and what he did to correct/repair it. After the repair was completed, he checked the overall condition of our A/C unit and offered suggestions/recommendations. All of this was completed in 1-hour and we are now enjoying our air conditioning once again. The final bill was very reasonable, although I was willing to pay a ‘king’s ransom’ to stop sweating and get a cool-night’s sleep.This is our second, great experience with Harrington and highly recommend their business.
