Great experience, not only did Chris Finn trouble shoot the issue, he also figured out a way to keep system running while we waited for the needed replacement part! Harrington might be a little more pricey but quality of service, trust in employees knowledge and their commitment their craft and loyalty to customers is well worth it!

I've been customer of Harrington for 30+ years and have never been disappointed. Always fixed right the first time. My most recent service was done by Adam, 'AJ'. He was courteous, answered all of my questions, explained what he was doing, and was all around nice guy. I've had two new systems installed by them and when I'm ready for the next one, Harrington will be my choice again. May 2024 they installed a new system, replacing my 22 year old Trane. Again, they did a superior job from beginning to end. Can't say enough good things about this company. I highly recommend them. July 9, 24 Marcus came to investigate a rattling in the condenser unit. Found it in 10 seconds- it was a piece of grass that grew behind the grate and was touching the fan. He was another one of Harrington's customer friendly service techs.

Harrington had installed my AC/Heating unit a year before I bought my house in 2000. I move in and the thermostat wasn't working, they were at my house within an hour, no charge. Now when it was time to be replaced I called to get a price on what it would cost to replace my old AC, Barry came to give me an estimate, I told him the fan was not working, he went over my house , came in and explained the estimate and told me, by the way turn on your air, he had taken the time and fixed the wires on my unit, somehow they had fallen down and got cut by the fan. When I turned the thermostat on the air came on! I asked him what I owed him, he said No Charge! The unit worked for another year! Which was great because I was dealing with an added expense of dealing with a parent of Alzheimer’s. It was so refreshing, to have someone, Barry, with such integrity, presented me with 3 prices and explained them all. I was not pressured. When I made my choice, the installation was set up and when the crew arrive they listen to my concerns -answered all my questions. They were wonderful from beginning to clean up and the tech that showed me how to run my thermostat- very kind and helpful also. In this day and age when you get a business that you can put all your trust in -go with it-that's why I highly recommend Harrington. That's why I will always be a customer. Another thing I would like to add is even the ladies in the office are very courteous and helpful. It's nice doing business with such pleasant, honest and hard working people. Harrington is 5 star business for sure. Just had a check up 2025- everything good answered all my questions

Excellent service! My air conditioner had been running all night and it was hotter inside my home than outside. I called on a Friday and they were able to come out that day. They offered ideas to check my Nest prior to the service call to make sure there was an issue. It was a part that needed to replaced instead of the entire unit. Fast, friendly and honest.

The technician that replaced the entire AC unit did it all by himself. I don’t know how he got the cement slab and unit over a small hedge in the front by himself without damaging the hedge or house. He worked continuously and it was obvious he knew what he was doing. We have every bit of confidence that he did it correctly. He was polite and easy to talk with when we had questions. He is an excellent A+ employee. The sales process was also very smooth. We have had Harrington service our AC yearly in our previous home and they replaced an AC unit there as well. We never thought of having any other company but Harrington to replace the AC in our new home. Thank you for a job well done.

WOW, If I could give these folks 10 stars I certainly would!! I've used Harrington A/C for many years and they never have disappointed me. On Tuesday my 25+ years Trane stopped cooling due to a leak in the coil so I spoke with Chris in the office. He scheduled Jacob to come out on Wednesday. Jacob checked the system and gave me several options. I picked the new system. Thinking I would be waiting a few days before they would be out to install the system I was pleasantly surprised when he scheduled Tony and Chris to be out Thursday. They arrived at 8am and by 2:30pm the new system was installed and I'm enjoying the cold air!!!Everyone of these guys were knowledgeable, efficient, pleasant, and friendly!! Two thumbs up 👍 👍 and thank you a million times over!!!

I use Harrington because they are an honest company. In fact, they once talked me out of spending $6000 on something to do with my AC that turned out to be unnecessary. They are prompt and trustworthy and friendly and even have a sense of humor! Five stars for sure. I had Harrington ac do a total installation in 2019 which was outstanding.I had a problem with air handler last week and it was addressed by Brian who was thorough and even though had to order a part, installed a used part so I did not lose AC .
