Harrington is a well run operation all the way from the point of scheduling to the point of service. Justin Murray was my technician and he did a great job of servicing my unit and explaining the current working condition of the unit. He clearly explained the condition of the unit and suggested multiple plans to keep the unit in working condition. I would recommend Harrington to friends and family.

My AC quit on Friday night I called Harrington and they scheduled me an appointment for first thing Saturday moring. Our technician Trace Kaufman showed up on time early Saturdaymorning. Such a nice young gentleman. He knew what he was doing and did a thorough awsome job. I would highly recommend him. Very very satisfied.

I had an issue with my A/C on the early hours of Sunday. Luckily Harrington was able to schedule me on Monday morning. The technician (Adam Cartwright) arrived promptly, and took care of the immediate problem so the unit can be turned back on. He completed the job the next day. I’ve used Harrington for years now, and I know most of their technicians by now. Adam C. it’s a good one. I’m happy with the quality of their service. Recommend.

I have never seen the level of thoroughness I witnessed today. Scott Robert asked questions, to get a sense of the unit issues and operation, then checked all components of the AHU, compressor, condensing unit, even correcting install mistakes. The man knows his trade and is a valuable asset to his company. I was impressed and I am not easily impressed.Kudos to Scott Robert! Thank you for the assistance!!

Justin came and inspected our unit and a unit from an apartment I take care of. He was prompt and very thorough. All of the issues he found were well documented.We need to replace both AC units. They set this up and can do the installation next week. Harrington AC has taken care of our units for over 15 years and our parents for the same amount of time. I wouldn't use anyone else.

Harrington air-conditioning came out this morning to do scheduled maintenance on my two year old air conditioning system. The technician,Trace, Did an excellent job explaining what was being done and showing me detailed pictures of everything. He was very thorough. Job well done I asked many questions and he was very knowledgeable and able to satisfy all of my concerns. Harrington is top rated, and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing air-conditioning, heating service, maintenance or replacement. Again, Trace did an excellent job. I switched to Harrington for my A/C system maintenance because my other provider was always trying to up sell me. Harrington has never once tried to do that. They are responsive, professional, and fair. I have been extremely happy with their business practices. Collin was my tech the past 2 call outs and he was wonderful. So knowledgeable and friendly. I use Harrington because they are an honest company. In fact, they once talked me out of spending $6000 on something to do with my AC that turned out to be unnecessary. They are prompt and trustworthy and friendly and even have a sense of humor! Five stars for sure.
